They have been very responsive to any concerns I've raised or requests within the times they aren't scheduled such as shrub disease or fungus that appeared in the interim. ETM knows their stuff. Other lawn companies don't know how to treat centipede grass. The staff is knowledgeable and courteous.

Allen actually went to Athens and spoke to the agriculture department to investigate the mounds and found a solution and took care of it. The warranty calls are never refused.
