They are reliable and seem to do a good job. I cannot tell if the chemicals are working but I think they are. The communication is faily good but i would like a little more info on what each application is supposed to do

I have long been a customer of ETM and have been very pleased with the quality of service , the results of the various lawn treatments and the cost . Most important to me , however , is the fact that the staff is always ready to take a call and make whatever arrangements I deem necessary . The service reps are courteous , professional and helpful ...all humans , no robots !

We used their service for many years now. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, the service was done on time and with great response for issues found in between services, and always gets corrected.
